Sydney holds a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. With extensive experience working with athletes of all ages—from young competitors as early as six to high school, collegiate, and professional athletes—Sydney specializes in both performance enhancement and mental health support. What sets Sydney apart is her unique dual training in both mental health and performance psychology, allowing her to address a full spectrum of challenges without the need for outside referrals. Whether an athlete is working through mental performance barriers or deeper psychological concerns, Sydney provides comprehensive support to help them build confidence, focus, resilience, and mental toughness to thrive both in sport and life.
